data logging failed

I have just send a data log but it said failed I send it again but same failed message. this was for my own car it's a
Vauxhall astra 2002 y17dt wolotgf3528069249 the tool can not connect to the central locking. it's listed but no comms. other tools that I have can communicate with it so I know everything is fine with it can you please add this function. thanks

I am not sure about it, when I send data files to my email most of the times it says file send unsuccessful but the file is send in my email. the tool is only 3 months old and is jenuine. does anyone know how I can send data saved as pdf to my pc?
